McIlroy Cellars releases new vintages every year. Our current releases feature Chardonnay, from our estate vineyard, Pinot Noir, Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel. Our wines feature plenty of ripe fruit with a rich mouth-feel and bright acidity for balance.

Russian River Valley Chardonnay
This blend marries several outstanding vineyards from around the Russian River Valley, taking advantage of varied climates, with each vineyard contributing its unique site characteristics to the extended layers of richness and complexity. Full, ripe fruit balanced with a juicy freshness. Delicious with rich fish like salmon and lobster or pasta and soups.

Every year we select only the finest grapes from our estate Aquarius Ranch Vineyard to create our Signature Edition wines. Aquarius Ranch Vineyard is located in the heart of the Russian River Valley, nestled between the Russian River and an old-growth redwood forest, creating the perfect climate for Chardonnay. These grapes produce the richness, balance, and complexity characteristic of the finest Chardonnays.

Three Vineyard Blend Pinot Noir
Russian River Valley
The long-awaited 2022 Pinot Noir has been released. With a ruby color, this wine has aromas and flavors of cherry cola, plum, chocolate, and baking spices with a lively medium to full-body finish. Opulent and delicious, exactly what you expect from Russian River Pinot Noir.

Our handcrafted, gold medal reserve pinot noir comes from the Russian River Valley. A truly exceptional wine, it pairs well with a wide range of foods.

Aromas of chocolate-dipped orange peel, mint creme, ripe cranberry, and custard with a round, vibrant, fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, delightful, medium-long vanilla latte, cherry crumble bar, and hints of root beer finish with moderate oak flavor. A tasty, oak-inflected Pinot Noir with silky smooth texture.”

Three Vineyard Vineyard Rosé
Russian River Valley
The Three Vineyard Blend combines pinot noir grapes from three vineyards in the Russian River Valley, building a complex, yet refreshing and crisp wine. The wine is a peachy pink color and has aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and watermelon. Clean mouthfeel with flavors of strawberry and raspberry with a hint of watermelon.
The Beverage Testing Institute reviewed this wine and said this wine has “[a] lovely melange of sweet flowers and lush red berries on the nose with some refreshing citrus added to the palate.”

Raymond Burr Vineyard Zinfandel

In 2018 we re-introduced Zinfandel to our collection of single vineyard wines, as we finally had found a vineyard that produces grapes to our high standards. This wine is everything you'd expect from a Zin: bright boysenberry, rich mid-palate, and finished with soft spice.

Reserve Vines and Roses Pinot Noir
Russian River Valley
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Bunker Hillside Vineyard in Sonoma Mountain area and is blended with Dry Creek Merlot to create smoothness and complexity. Aromas and flavors of blackberry compote, plum, vanilla spice, chocolate and cedar with a rich, full body and a dry-but-fruity medium-full bodied finish with notes of toasted marshmallow and cassis. Delicious now and excellent aging potential with layered complexity, balance, and integrated oak.
